Alone in a simple Singapore hotel room I was in transit on an arduous journey to commence two weeks teaching indigenous church planters in India. Pondering just what I’m doing there, and in fact, what I’m doing with my life, the following thought tumbled from my lips. It captures the defined and determined essence of my ministry. With frank realism:
“I may or may not
bring the world to Christ;
but I will bring Christ to the world.”
